Is there a free version of Voyage?
Yes. Your first assessment costs nothing and needs no account at all — describe a symptom and read the result. Creating a free account raises that to three assessments every 30 days and keeps your reports, along with check-ins on how your pet is doing. Still no card.
How much does Voyage cost?
Voyage is $6.99 per month for one pet and $14.99 per month for unlimited pets. Annual billing is $49.99 and $89.99 per year — 40% and 50% less than paying monthly. Lifetime is a single payment of $99.99 or $179.99.
Where do I subscribe, and how do I cancel?
You can pay by card on the web, or subscribe inside the app through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel wherever you bought it: a card subscription from “Manage billing” on your Voyage subscription page, and an in-app subscription in your device's own subscription settings. Either way, cancelling stops the renewal and keeps your access until the period you have paid for ends.
What is the Lifetime plan?
Lifetime is a single payment instead of a subscription — $99.99 for one pet or $179.99 for unlimited pets. There is no renewal, and nothing to cancel later. For one pet that is about 15 months of monthly billing, and it does not expire after that. It costs the same whether you buy it here or in the app.
Does a subscription replace veterinary care?
No. Voyage can help interpret information you upload, including lab reports and diagnostic images, but it cannot examine your pet, perform tests or scans, confirm a diagnosis, or prescribe on any plan. For anything serious, contact your vet or an emergency clinic.
